Referrals & Rebates

A referral is not required to see one of our Clinical Psychologists, however you may be eligible for Medicare rebates with a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP or Psychiatrist.

The current Medicare rebate for a standard consultation is:

$137.05 per session with a Clinical Psychologist for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

You may also be eligible for rebates from your participating private health fund depending on your level of cover. Please discuss this with your private health fund prior to attempting a claim.

We service referrals for workers compensation claims such as WorkCover and Insurance Commission of WA, as well as from organisations such as St John Ambulance and the Australian Defence Force.

Fees

Fees are payable on the day of your appointment by credit/debit card, or direct credit.

Cancellation Policy

​

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please advise us as soon as you can as this allows us to make the time available to someone else on our waitlist.

​

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a full fee cancellation cost. 

As cancellation fees are not eligible for rebates through Medicare, private health funds, DVA, or WorkCover, they must be paid at your own expense.
